An administrator sets document scope and access. Questions and source checks stay within that scope.

The planned configuration runs a local model on the device, with no automatic fallback to cloud models.

Document and email connections are in development. Supported environments will be agreed individually; automatic email sending is outside the planned scope.

Can we deploy it immediately?

Helen is still in development. Scope, configuration and availability will be discussed individually.

Can I use it remotely while away?

The initial scope is use on the same LAN as the device. Remote access is not included in the standard offering.

Do we need to import every document?

No. The design starts with libraries selected by an administrator and the access they authorize.
